You will provide regular progress reports to the project management and ensure project milestones are delivered in a timely manner.

You will be working closely with the exercise delivery and leading the technical teams to deliver a seamless experience to the training audience.

You will work alongside experienced engineers, data scientists and subject matter experts on programmes covering modelling and simulation, autonomous systems, synthetic environments and digital twins.

You will stay close to the code while contributing ideas, shaping solutions and engaging directly with customers.

You will develop customer relationships from first contact through to on-site work and you will work independently or alongside additional technicians on larger projects. Key responsibilities include - Conduct commissioning maintenance inspection and servicing of client cranes and lifting equipment with occasional overseas travel.

You will be required to conduct integration and testing as directed by the teams Senior Combat System Engineers, working in partnership with the NCSISS Project Manager, to ensure a consistent approach to the design, delivery and support of our service and advice in accordance with the Technical Delivery Plan.

You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody. You will be responsible for embedding Lean and Continuous Improvement thinking across Design and Test, improving safety, quality, delivery and efficiency while eliminating waste.

You will lead and facilitate CI activities such as Kaizen workshops, value stream mapping, Gemba assessments and 5S, ensuring improvements are documented, shared and sustained.
