You will be responsible for leading and managing one of the six operations support teams to ensure the provision of effective and efficient administration surrounding the repairs, services, compliance works and other technical projects.
You will lead, manage, motivate, engage and support the team to deliver a customer focused service.
You will work independently on customer sites, delivering both preventative and reactive maintenance, maintaining high safety standards, and representing the business professionally at all times.
You should be adaptable, able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced service environment, and confident communicating technical information to customers and colleagues.
You will be required to deputise in the absence of team leader and demonstrate effective leadership and teamwork skills.
