You will be part of a multi-disciplined team of Engineers covering a 24hr operation, providing support to the site teams to ensure compliance with company legislative requirements, educating, developing, and inspiring team members towards betterment and achievement.
You will drive Engineering activities towards world-class performance; make continuous improvement standard practice.
You will be a key member of the Management Team and will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end payroll service, ensuring accuracy, compliance and building strong relationships with internal and external clients.
You will be expected to supervise and develop a team of staff, monitor, and manage performance, whilst reviewing, and making the best use of systems and processes.
You must be a time served apprentice or equivalent, supported with academic qualification(s). - Full UK driving license is essential due to the mobile nature of the role. - Field service experience – Proven experience in an electrical maintenance or engineering role, ideally in a field-based or utilities environment.
