You will act as an advocate for patients with bladder and bowel dysfunction in a person-centred approach to ensure care is delivered that meets NICE guidance and standards, whilst working within local eligibility criteria.
You will also provide valuable administrative support to the depot, collaborating closely with Kitchen Sales Designers and Territory Sales Representatives to assist in arranging appointments and fuel lead generation. You will be responsible for optimising workflows, automation, data usability, establishing & maintaining CRM governance, CRM road mapping, CRM Best Practice, and overall CRM strategy. Based on the outskirts of Northampton you MUST have your own transport and be happy to do 4 days a week in the office.
You will work collaboratively on strategy, attend key client meetings alone and together with the GPM, help progress opportunities from initial conversation through to signed Terms of Business and handover to delivery. This is not a standalone sales role.
