You will receive an enhanced UDA rate and the ability to train and mentor colleagues as a Lead Associate Dentist with Rodericks Dental Partners.

You will be responsible for ensuring production excellence, smooth workflow and a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

You will be an expert in product handling and will constantly strive to improve the customer journey through delivering exceptional visual execution and a high level of customer service. Supporting the Product and Commercial Manager to develop the team and maintain operational standards, and in turn generating outstanding sales, all round KPIs and high performing teams.

You will assist people in resolving major difficulties, enhancing their independence and coping skills.

You will work within current legislation and Council policies to assess, commission, and review services for specific client groups.

You will follow statutory guidance to protect those at risk or vulnerable and contribute to systems ensuring service quality and identifying at-risk individuals.
