You will be joining a Partner Practice of St. James Place and will help to lead and oversee the administrative support to the business. One of your main duties will be to help maintain existing business with current clients, whilst also helping to grow the business and bring new clients on board.
You will be accountable for support availability, performance, and customer experience in your region, driving measurable improvements in key metrics such as case resolution time, SLA adherence, escalations, and customer satisfaction. You’ll also work closely with your global peers, Product, and Support Operations to continuously raise the bar on operational excellence and user outcomes.
You will ensure the smooth running of the centre on a day-to-day basis by overseeing all clinical areas, safeguarding and supervision of the nursing team, co-ordination of doctors/surgeons/anaesthetists, being the main point of call for clinical and safeguarding matters and by being a part of the supervisory team.
You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively within the business and share your creative ideas, and reshape brand advertising.
You must have a full, valid driving licence and be able to work between 08.30 and 18:00 Monday – Saturday with a day off in the week, and alternate Sundays 10:00 – 16:00. What we are looking for:Ideally you will have experience in a customer facing environment, either sales or customer service focused.
