You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join us as a Senior Care Assistant. We'll also need to see that you have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We're looking for people who are warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support.
You will lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring they are keeping up with the highest care standards. Keeping accurate records and communicating well with your colleagues are key parts of your role.
You will handle medication and make sure everything is in order with medication audits.
You will receive full support through the registration process from our consultants and compliance team, as well as the DBS application process. - We will create you a tailored profile that stands out from the crowd ( other agencies and applicants) and explore our network of schools to find you the right fit!
You will benefit from a fixed rota with the option of overtime. We are ideally looking for carers, support workers and healthcare assistants who are keen to work full-time hours however part-time roles are offered.

You must be able to work alternate weekends
