You will be supporting pupils aged 4 to 16 years old, primarily within a primary-focused setting, helping them engage positively with learning and develop essential social and emotional skills. Your working hours will be 8.45am to 3.30pm, giving you a structured day that allows you to focus on building strong relationships and providing consistent support.
You must be able to speak to pupils in a manner which encourages and supports them, enabling you to build trusting relationships. Previous experience of working within EYFS people is desirable. Experience supporting children with SEN would be an advantage. A team player with patience, understanding and a willingness to develop is needed.
