You will support pupils who present with ASD, social communication difficulties, speech delays, emotional needs or developmental differences. Your day-to-day role will include implementing personalised support plans, helping children engage in play-based learning, supporting transitions, and encouraging positive interactions with peers.

You will help pupils with focus, engagement, behaviour, and independence, implementing strategies from EHCPs and SEN support plans.
