You will be teaching small classes of pupils with SEMH needs, delivering a creative and differentiated curriculum that supports both academic progress and emotional development. The successful SEMH Teacher will be proactive, adaptable, and able to manage challenging behaviour positively while promoting engagement and wellbeing.

You will work alongside a strong SEN team and leadership team who are highly supportive and invested in staff development. Job ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet the needs of pupils with SEND. Create a structured, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.

You will provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH and speech and language difficulties, helping them access learning and develop confidence in the classroom.

You will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored support and promote inclusion.
