You will work closely with the sales team, suppliers, clients, and internal operations and finance teams to manage the entire process-from quotations to delivery.
You will support line management in delivering SHEQ objectives and develop campaigns to enhance safety culture.
You will oversee incident investigation and reporting functions, ensuring effective communication of Lessons Learned and addressing training needs.
You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and regularly reporting SHEQ trends and statistics to management as required.
You will work across various Criminal Justice settings based on service needs, including courts, probation offices, and prisons. Responsibilities include completing assessments, managing the prison release process, supporting individuals on probation, liaising with courts, and facilitating voluntary referrals from the police.
You will also have the chance to deliver hotel/restaurant standards without the split shifts and long hours. Our chefs have full autonomy in creating nutritious, flavoursome and well balanced menus, whilst also taking ownership of their kitchen and ongoing team development.
