You will excel within a sales and customer service environment while demonstrating a high level of proficiency using IT systems and Microsoft Office.

You will be a confident self-starter with an ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem solving tactics and use of initiative to deliver results.

You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to help maintain structure, clarity, and operational continuity within a fast paced environment, while supporting in house logistics and import export activities.

You will already have working knowledge of logistics and import export processes, including supporting international shipments and associated documentation.

You will be focussed on understanding customer needs, to ensure opportunities are realised and first class service is provided at all times. On this occasion we are seeking to hire someone on a full time basis, working Monday to Friday.

You will need to learn our internal systems (CRM etc.) but that goes for anyone and we will provide full training.

You will work with different teams to make sure all bids are accurate, clear and submitted on time.

You will help manage timelines and keep everything organised.

You will update bid content such as case studies and team profiles.

You will check documents for quality and make sure they meet client and company standards.

You will play a key part in enabling planned and unplanned international work by ensuring the correct visas are in place, compliant, and aligned to business demand.
