You should be commercially minded, be high agency with a bias towards action, and comfortable having technical conversations and opinions.

You will be responsible for scaling our mid‑market and enterprise sales operations, executing our go-to-market strategy, and mentoring a high‑performing sales team based across multiple locations.
You will also ensure that our care services are of a consistently high standard and help in caring for our residents, and undertake other general day-to-day activities in our home.
