Systems Support Manager jobs in Yeovil

You will be the primary liaison supporting a key customer escalation, working closely not only with the customer but also with Honeywell's internal Supply Chain, Engineering, and Programme teams, as well as external stakeholders such as Ontic. Approximately 60-70% of the role will be customer-facing, with the remaining responsibilities focused on internal coordination and supply chain engagement.

You will report directly to the Senior Project Manager for Transformation Projects, working out of our clients' Yeovil site.

You will help build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.

You will build strong, professional relationships to maximise engagement, reduce barriers, and minimise tenancy risks.

You will manage a small, targeted caseload (anticipated maximum of 10 customers), which may vary depending on the complexity of individual needs. A typical day may include:

You will report directly to the Senior Engineering Supervisor based in Yeovil and support the REACH Obsolescence Programme by providing intermediate-level Configuration Management support.
