Systems Support Manager jobs in Solihull

You will be accountable for support availability, performance, and customer experience in your region, driving measurable improvements in key metrics such as case resolution time, SLA adherence, escalations, and customer satisfaction. You’ll also work closely with your global peers, Product, and Support Operations to continuously raise the bar on operational excellence and user outcomes.

You will be responsible for expanding and scaling the function to a global market, across multiple languages, time zones and regions, while working to increase overall process maturity.

You should have an inquisitive mindset and the drive to take ownership of the team, ensuring top-quality support is delivered consistently to customers.

You will be based in the wider manufacturing digitalisation & innovation team.
