You will be responsible for supporting change and establishing the "way of working" in creating, executing, and monitoring of rotas in the Workforce system for Bognor Regis.

You will be handling large volumes of data and be using our internal systems and platforms to drive the business forward by maximising our hours available and strengthen business objectives.
