Systems Support Analyst jobs in Epping

You will be responsible for providing professional, high quality and efficient Service Desk support. Your role will involve answering calls in a timely courteous manner; logging; triaging them effectively and resolving or escalating incidents and requests where necessary.

You will be able to manage expectations, while still maintaining a high degree of customer service.

You will be a critical team member in BCG’s Marketing function, collaborating across global Marketing, Marketing Technology, and Practice Areas, while supporting BCG accounts and client teams. Your days will be spent working with all levels of the BCG organization, including Managing Directors and Partners (and their account teams, support staff, and assistants), Marketing Directors, and peers.
