You will be working to a high-volume workload, and you will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of an effective and efficient service to the MSc students, academic staff and departmental leads, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the programmes throughout the academic year.
You will have regular exposure to cross-functional stakeholders and multiple projects.
You will play a key role in safeguarding the firm against financial crime risks and as such, will have responsibility for strengthening our controls, driving efficiencies, and ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards.

The role will generally include:- - Analysing elements within the business or the whole business - Making evaluations of all available data - Identifying problems and looking at potential improvements
You will need to track and manage stakeholder from different backgrounds and across borders. - Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. - Systems Thinking: Strong organizational and process improvement skills. - Stakeholder Management: Experience coordinating with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality project management services across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility studies to handover, specifically within the New Hospital Programme (NHP).
You will lead and manage large, complex NHP projects and programmes, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
