systems integration analyst jobs in Leicester

You will possess strong technical skills, a deep understanding of HR processes, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate with internal stakeholders.

You will work closely with operational and systems suppliers to capture legacy configurations, create robust methods for storing and managing this information, and support its migration into a new, modernised systems environment.

You will bring experience in managing complex information sets, systems configuration or change programmes, and working with senior stakeholders.

You will be part of a collaborative team from varied backgrounds including financial services, telecoms, energy, manufacturing, and consulting. The team consists of 3 Optimisation Consultants and 6 Process Analysts, with matrix leadership responsibility over the analysts. Partner with Digital teams, Product Owners and Operations to identify opportunities.

You will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing solutions using the MS Integration Services & MS Power Platform suite including but not limited to Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, APIM, Functions & Function Apps, SQL Server, Azure SQL, Dataverse, D365 modules, 3rd-party APIs, Azure Synapse, Fabric and Key Vault.
