You will be a critical team member in BCG’s Marketing function, collaborating across global Marketing, Marketing Technology, and Practice Areas, while supporting BCG accounts and client teams. Your days will be spent working with all levels of the BCG organization, including Managing Directors and Partners (and their account teams, support staff, and assistants), Marketing Directors, and peers.
You will provide Systemic consultations and reflective space to the social care team, high quality evidence‐based systemic interventions, be part of an established team and be afforded many different opportunities to use your skills.
You will also be part of a Team of 6 Systemic Psychotherapists in EHS providing access to peer supervision and support.
You will be conducting site audits, inspection and investigations, analysing root cause, and implementing improvements across various sites.

You will be able to react quickly to situations, performing consistently under pressure and responding positively to changing circumstances.
You will also be able to demonstrate: - Degree qualified engineer/HNC/HND or proven competence through practical experience - A detailed knowledge of the working practices and demands of a large complex public building and/or listed building.
You will manage a team of Registration Officers and sessional staff, lead on performance reporting, and play a key role in developing new services and improving operational efficiency. This is a highly visible role with responsibility for ceremonies, stakeholder engagement, and service development.
You will guide activities that promote, develop, and embed enhanced monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) methods throughout NIHR.
