You will act as the bridge between technical teams and business users—challenging existing processes, driving standardisation, and ensuring the organisation is fully equipped for a modern data and reporting environment. This is a hands-on, visible role with direct access to the senior leadership team.

You will Integrate scientific equipment with varying data interfaces and updated rates across the system.

You will check and inspect the configuration of hardware interfaces, drivers, and communication protocols for interoperability.

You will ensure smooth interaction between physical devices, software components, and network infrastructure.

You will be a critical team member in BCG’s Marketing function, collaborating across global Marketing, Marketing Technology, and Practice Areas, while supporting BCG accounts and client teams. Your days will be spent working with all levels of the BCG organization, including Managing Directors and Partners (and their account teams, support staff, and assistants), Marketing Directors, and peers.

You will manage the freelance coaching team and the Tennis Administrator, ensuring exceptional member experience and commercial success. Leadership and people management Lead and develop the racquets team, including freelance coaches and the Tennis Administrator. - Work closely with the coaching team to improve the offering and coaching standard.

You will contribute to the development roadmap and the timely delivery, test and deployment of digital tools for that roadmap.
