You will be working in a small team.

You will take the lead on system testing, upgrades and new releases and will need to maintain ERP documentation and training resources.

You will work closely with internal departments to manage business change and will need to maintain audit records of all ERP changes in line with ISO 27001.

You will lead the process of integrating this technology into new customer sites, ensuring smooth onboarding, rapid issue resolution, and a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. This position sits within the Customer Success organization and is field-based, with travel of approximately 30%.

You will work across multiple functions, building the right relationships to activate key teams and remove delivery blockers. This is a hands-on role for a strong leader who can independently manage priorities, assess risks, and ensure successful project completion without unnecessary delay.
