You will be responsible for advising and working with customers to help them understand, implement, configure or test good practice use of Zellis’ suite of customer solutions and advise on industry leading processes and operational service design. This role may lead delivery directly or will work closely with the implementation project or programme manager.

You will be acting as an expert within this field to develop and implement engineering policy and processes to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

You will be involved in: - Develop, implement, and maintain all safety and environmental engineering policies, processes and supporting documentation to ensure governance and compliance

You will shape how we approach our programmes, considering the needs and expectations of customers, the capability of technology and third party suppliers. Day to day you'll be key in providing education, training and consultancy style, system design support to key programmes, tailored to their needs to ensure maximum benefit is obtained from best practice use.

You will work closely with IS, QA, and business process stakeholders to drive audit‑ready documentation, controlled processes, and compliant system validation outputs. In this role, you will be responsible for: - Conducting a full documentation gap analysis and producing the required CSV QA documentation and artefacts.

You will lead teams that use Systems thinking to analyse, assess and develop ways to mitigate safety, environmental and cyber threats across Aerospace, Defence, Security and Technology markets.
