You will take responsibility for a portfolio of clients, working more autonomously involving all aspects of client bookkeeping using Xero, VAT return preparation and some management accounts production.

You will manage your workload efficiently, provide excellent customer service (this is at the heart of this role), and you will be expected to deliver expert advice.

You will be able to manage your workload independently, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

You will be in charge of the maintenance and repairs of all electrical and electronic equipment and systems utilizing a safe system of work including electrical isolation, lock off and permit to work.

You will be familiar with using a Planned Maintenance System and keeping this up to date, and working in accordance with the International Safety Management Procedures.

You will be the “Responsible Person” on site in the absence of the Quarry Manager. Key Responsibilities - Assist in the planning and scheduling of production, including blasting crushing, screening and stockpiling to ensure it is carried out to the highest standard - Assist the Quarry Manager in overseeing quarry operations to ensure production targets are met safely, efficiently, and within budget

You must ensure that accurate reports and necessary information are provided promptly upon request, supporting the smooth operation of the hotel.

You must also ensure full cooperation and compliance with all relevant legislation applicable to your position.

You will possess outstanding customer service skills and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail throughout all aspects of the role.
