You will supervise & develop a small cost/stock accounting team, along with supporting ad-hoc projects.
You will manage/develop a small UK cost/stock team to ensure their development & support, provide commentary at month-end for manufacturing variances, update labour rates on costs & production volumes, improve stock management processes & stock analysis.
You will assist with payroll month-end duties and all associated paperwork to HMRC standards with the support of the payroll team.
You will check wage sheets, calculate holiday payments, apply salary adjustments, overtime payments, along with calculate pension/holiday pay.
You will provide an advisory service to all employees ensuring they are aware of any payroll changes & support query resolution.
You will be based at our Pembridge site in Herefordshire, with hybrid working available following an initial training period. This is a full time role working 39 hours per week, Monday - Friday, on a fixed term basis for up to 18-months.
You will ensure that Costing & Stock processes are adhered to, and that materials are costed with accuracy.
You must hold a valid Elastic Certified Analyst certification, with full working knowledge of the competencies it covers, including anomaly detection, dashboard tuning, and timeline analysis.
