You will be instrumental in promoting health and independence by delivering high quality therapeutic intervention with guidance and supervision of a qualified Occupational Therapist.
You will work closely with service users, carers, and partner agencies to deliver practical solutions that transform lives. Key Responsibilities - Complete comprehensive functional assessments in line with the Care Act. - Take part in duty triaging and screening/signposting incoming referrals before accepting them to the waiting list
