System Test Engineer jobs in Wiltshire

You will work closely with Test Engineering and Production teams to ensure test equipment operates efficiently and evolves alongside product changes. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to support both new and legacy test systems.

You will play a key role in the build, commissioning, and support of automated and manual test equipment used both internally and by external customers and service providers. Role Overview: The Hardware Test Development Engineer will work closely with the Test Engineering department to build, commission, and maintain bespoke test equipment.

You will have the prospect to develop into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on RF Sensing and Electronics and their use in modern EW applications.

You will help with the design, implementation, and support of new capabilities, as well as participate in local and worldwide trials using both existing and future technology.

You will develop into the Subject Matter Expert (SME), acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholder enquiries.
