You will have overall responsibility for the testing, maintenance and repair of our lifting hire equipment, ensuring it is safe, compliant and ready to support our customers.

You will play a key role in the customer journey, ensuring equipment is maintained to the highest standards and that our customers receive an outstanding service.

You will work closely with engineering, operations, maintenance and projects teams to drive continuous improvement, ensure regulatory compliance, and support safe, efficient and cost‑effective asset management.

You will be expected to pass on your knowledge to the team, for the whole engineering team to embrace up skilling in their various disciplines. There is a huge scope and variety on offer so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.

You will be working for an engineering company owned and run by Engineers.

You will be In the office one day per week, on average, with almost no weekend work and there is typically 2 weeks a year working worldwide as required.
