You will work closely with operational and systems suppliers to capture legacy configurations, create robust methods for storing and managing this information, and support its migration into a new, modernised systems environment.
You will bring experience in managing complex information sets, systems configuration or change programmes, and working with senior stakeholders.
You will be required to conduct integration and testing as directed by the teams Senior Combat System Engineers, working in partnership with the NCSISS Project Manager, to ensure a consistent approach to the design, delivery and support of our service and advice in accordance with the Technical Delivery Plan.
You will ensure that practice leadership is developed, recognised and reflected in all we do as you work on shift as part of the working rota, enabling you to act as a role model of best practice.
You will support people to design their support plans, assist with rota management, help maintain records, address concerns, conduct audits, and deputise for the Support Manager when needed.
You will lead on-site teams to deliver safe, well-maintained, and professional environments, ensuring maintenance, cleaning, and security standards are upheld at all times.
You will foster a service-led culture where customer satisfaction is central to every decision, monitoring feedback closely and implementing improvement plans where required.
You will become a key point of contact for incoming technical enquiries, helping customers identify the right products and solutions for their industrial or manufacturing environment. Working alongside external sales engineers, production and engineering teams, youll provide timely, accurate and commercially aware support that ensures excellent customer experience.
