You will become exposed to a wide range of technical disciplines, be able to follow technical argument and be able to influence the integrity of the final product.
You will act as the Responsible Person, managing daily construction activities, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, and acting as a key point of contact between the client, engineer, and wider project team. Depending on project size and complexity, you may take full ownership of site delivery or support a Senior Agent on larger schemes.
