System Support Engineer jobs in Taunton

You will need to be experienced in Servicing Fire Alarm, CCTV and Access Control Systems and ideal be based South of Bristol What you will doing: - Attend to calls for maintenance (on site and or by telephone) as directed by team co-ordinators - Rectify all faults on the first visit where rectification is within your control.

You will help with the design and assessment of traffic signal infrastructure and other traffic control systems.

You will have at least an applicable Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning or electrical engineering and a strong educational background in mathematics and written subjects.

Main Responsibilities: - Work within the guidelines of the company Quality Management System - Take a lead role in the execution of company business ensuring that company standards and integrity of work are maintained and ensure subordinates aligned follow suit.

You will work directly with suppliers to improve performance, validate new partners and support purchasing and logistics activities. This role is ideal for someone with strong supplier management experience and a passion for continuous improvement. You will be responsible for commissioning machinery and training customers on its operation, working with associated equipment including auxiliary PLC control systems, motors, drives, and HMIs.
