You will oversee supply chain resources to ensure the organisation has the skills, capabilities, and processes required to achieve financial and strategic objectives.
You will also develop and maintain strategic relationships with critical suppliers, fostering long‐term partnerships that support shared objectives around cost, delivery reliability, and performance.
You will lead cross-disciplinary engineering teams through the full system life-cycle, ensuring regulatory compliance, technical integrity, and stakeholder alignment. Your structured approach, calm leadership under pressure, and commitment to ownership will be key to delivering high-performance, safety-critical systems in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
You will ideally be qualified in hardware, electronics or an electronic systems engineering discipline. Some experience in the defence, avionics, aerospace or naval systems industry would be preferred but is not essential.
