You will be working very closely with the Office Manager and Senior Leadership Team of the School.

You will come from a previous school admin experience so that you can hit the ground running. The School are looking for a School Administrator to with SIMS/BROMCOM experience, as well as be able to assist with other office duties.

You will be working alongside supportive Office Team of the School.

You will work closely with small groups and on a 1:1 basis monitoring their progress.

You will also collaborate with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure consistent support.

You must have a background in SEN education, strong behaviour management skills and a calm flexible approach to creating an inclusive and structured learning environment.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to position apprenticeship levy-funded programmes, leadership development, and specialist learning solutions as strategic tools for workforce transformation.
