You will be working on delivering a broad range of projects at various stages with the responsibility for managing projects (with appropriate supervision) including tasks relating to bidding, project team management, project delivery, and financial management.

You will be responsible for all day-to-day setting-out, QA, surveys, material approvals, RFIs and technical support across a varied scope that includes: Piled retaining walls and deep RC basements Major civils & infrastructure (drainage, roads, attenuation, bridges, services)
You will then negotiate the contract sum within the budget, including finalising costs to cover all late variationsIssue variation orders and development changes alongside providing cost advice on major variations prior to issue.
You will issue revised contract drawings to subcontractors; negotiating the cost of variations including liaising between Buyers and Build Managers.
You will oversee large frameworks, manage commercial responsibilities, ensure compliance with governance, and develop your team while promoting inclusion and accountability. Core duties include building client relationships, ensuring account delivery, managing change, supporting conflict resolution, leading supply chain activities, and enhancing future business opportunities.
