You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £27,690 per annum. The role of Senior Support Worker
You will also demonstrate leadership on a day-to-day basis to the care staff within Solutions in Service (SIS)
You will be supporting children and young people with severe learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, including some individuals who are non-verbal.
You will provide encouragement and praise, remain calm and patient during times of crisis, and use your experience and passion to inspire colleagues and help achieve the best possible outcomes for the young people in your care.
You must be an effective communicator and be happy to work as part of a team and be able to use own initiative and work independently. Hours of work can include days, nights and weekend working. Starting salary 12.80 per hour. Candidate must have a full UK driving license. The post is subject to satisfactory DBS and references.
You will be joining a team at a time whereby implementation of the Liberty Protection Safeguards will be changing the landscape, and we are focussing on developing our DoLS Service.
You must hold a university accredited Best Interest Assessor qualification, and you must be highly experienced in MCA and DoLS Legal Frameworks, undertaking DoLS assessments in a diverse cohort of people.

You will be required to support in small classes from Year 7 – Year 11, using behaviour management skills in assisting pupils in overcoming barriers to learning.

You will support the Audit Partner to plan and execute audits for a diverse and growing client base, and you will lead and manage the onsite audit team to deliver an efficient audit service.
