You will work as part of a dedicated team delivering a 24-hour service, 365 days a year, supporting customers to develop daily living skills, maintain their wellbeing, and access education, leisure, and community opportunities.
You will ideally be experienced in supporting disabled adults with learning and/or physical disabilities, helping them live fulfilling, independent lives.
You will be supporting adults with complex needs and learning disabilities. There is another service close by so we might ask you to work across both, depending on needs.
