You will be committed to delivering tailored support that enables people to maximise their independence, working collaboratively with colleagues and in line with agreed support plans.
You will take the lead in managing incidents, guiding young people through challenging behaviours and maintaining a safe, therapeutic atmosphere within the home.
You will also support new staff through their induction, assist with key documentation and play a vital role in maintaining a consistent, child-centred approach across the team.
