You will provide person-centred care and support to tenants and service users in the supported living and on the outreach service helping them to take part in all aspects of everyday life and to enjoy a wide range of activities.
You will be required to work in a flexible manner on a rota which includes evening’s, weekends and sleep-ins (one project requires wake night support).
