You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on construction sites to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves hands on duties associated with coordinating and supervising sub- contractors as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing materials and equipment.
You will support the commercial team in managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects from early stages through to completion.
You should hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline and have a genuine interest in developing a long-term career within the commercial side of the industry.
