You will be expected to provide care at a high standard in order to help the residents and ensure that you are always there for them.
You will have the maturity to be able to work within a positive behaviour support framework, to accept responsibility, handle stress and to grow in confidence as a skilled practitioner.
You will be supporting adults with a range of needs including housing related support, mental health and social vulnerabilities. This role is offered on a casual basis, suitable for candidates with experience in housing or support environments.
You will provide day to day housing related support to service users, helping them maintain their accommodation and progress towards independence.
You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing.
You will ensure our residents have any personal needs or requirements met; including any personal care, participation in activities or support with daily living tasks
You will need to have had a UK driving license for a minimum of 3 years in order to take our residents out and about
