You will have operational responsibility for ensuring our community-based home support workers across North Lanarkshire deliver a high standard of responsive and proactive care to service users and their families.
You will only be paid for the hours that you work.
You will be the onsite go to person for day-to-day support, quality standards, and team coordination. Youll ensure enquiries are handled efficiently, SLAs are met and ensure the Customer Care Advisors are empowered to deliver outstanding customer care.
You will supervise care routines, manage medication safely, respond to resident needs with empathy and professionalism, and ensure clear, effective communication across the team.
You will play an active role in reviewing care plans, supporting the personal and clinical needs of residents, and acting as a point of contact for families and external professionals when needed.
