You will lead and manage a team of practitioners delivering health and wellbeing interventions to adult drug and alcohol users, utilising both harm reduction and abstinence-based treatment approaches. The successful candidate will inspire and develop a team dedicated to providing tailored support and interventions in a prison environment.
You will report directly to the founder and work closely with technical leadership and senior contributors to keep product work moving from idea to release.
You will be joining at a point where delivery quality and speed really matter, with the opportunity to shape how product work gets done across the company.

You will be responsible for leading a team who provide support to people with a range of low to high support needs. This position will be managing Supported Living accommodations/homes in Lambeth, with a permanent team of Support Workers and another Team Manager.
