You will be responsible for working as part of a team to promote positive communication and personalised support. Therefore, enabling the individual to achieve their hopes, goals and aspirations, maximising the individual’s quality of life, lead to learning and minimising their behaviours of concern.
You will maintain effective communication and liaison with the Service Users, Families and others whilst respecting appropriate confidentiality. Supporting Service Users with preparation of their meals, laundry duties, cleaning and social events. Maintain accurate notes and records as and when required.
You must be able to line manage, develop, and support the ICT support team, including induction, coaching, and performance management.
You will be required to travel between schools within the Trust to provide leadership support when needed so a driving licence is essential.
