You will report to the Directors and liaise with the Principal Software Engineer. The role will primarily be onsite at our Heybridge site, with occasional offsite work required.
You will have no direct line management responsibilities but will be required to train, mentor, and support colleagues on a day-to-day basis and as directed by your manager.
You will be highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
You will ideally have:·Experience working within a service, aftersales, or operational support environment. Exposure to one of the following sectors: horticulture, agriculture, construction, automotive, engineering, plant, or machinery.
