You must live within an acceptable commutable distance of our office in Highams Park, E4.
You will support individuals to access meaningful activities in the community and on site, work with families and professionals and support opportunities to promote daily independence and wellbeing.
You will also provide emotional support to service users.
You will be required to cover rotas working weekends, mornings, afternoon shifts and sleep-ins.
You must be able to commute to Hackney easily
