You should be able to inspire a team with a heavy workload to maintain an excellent level of service to the business. As well as the need for flexibility to work weekends when needed, there is a potential need for travel and overnight stays, so a full clean UK driving licence is essential.
You will report directly to the Service Manager. Key Responsibilities Include:
You will also assist with monitoring and reviewing nutritional needs. - Liaison & Reporting: Working closely with appropriate health professionals during times of illness or at the end of life.
You will be responsible for reading and writing reports in line with CrossReach policy and SSSC codes of conduct.
You will offer care when it matters most and encouragement when it is needed, supporting individuals to grow in confidence and independence.
You will have a recognised Social Care qualification at SVQ Level 2 or equivalent, or be willing to complete SVQ Level 3 within one year of starting.
