You will be the first point of contact for inquiries regarding the internal HR systems and act as a subject matter expert for the French or German market.
You will act as the go-to person for tier one support, addressing questions from employees, managers, executives, and HR colleagues about HR procedures, processes, and policies, ensuring both global consistency and local relevance.
You will provide a support function to the Welcome Team by assisting with the onboarding of new employees and all related administrative tasks.
