You will ensure that all customers receive first class service at all times, exceeding their expectations.
You will interpret customer schedules and raise Sales and Work orders to meet these requirements whilst dealing with everyday queries raised by the customer.
You will have good communication skills and be confident on the phone.
You will also be responsible for writing rotas, ensuring that staff are deployed adequately to provide the support that is needed.
You will be involved in the everyday routines of the patients, ensuring the psychological needs of each individual are met.
You must also be committed to under-taking all pre-employment training and have a desire to further your career by gaining further qualifications.
