You will deliver primary care consultations and health assessments to customers of Bupa Health Clinics, ensuring a high-quality service which delivers high customer satisfaction.
You will plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote all areas of development, including communication, physical skills, and emotional wellbeing.
You will also help maintain a safe, stimulating environment and follow safeguarding and welfare policies in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
You will be working alongside emergency and urgent care services and will be assessing people of all ages, whatever their mental health difficulty at the first point of contact. The majority of this work is telephone based but there will be the opportunity for face to face engagement in the community.
You should have an in‐depth knowledge of the EYFS, OFSTED, current legislation and safeguarding requirements and be able to implement policies and procedures to the highest standards. Over a quarter of our knowledgeable team have been with us for over 10 years and a quarter of our staff have gained qualifications while working with us.
