You will confidently lead on the scrutinising and management of service charge enquiries, investigating and remedying lease breaches, handling lease extension claims alongside our legal teams and acting as a point of contact for other lease specific enquiries and processes. - Provide specialist advice on lease covenants, subletting, alterations and lease variations.
